Shipping and Costs
How does the shipping take place?
All the models in our stock will be delivered worldwide and only with DHL as insured and registered parcel. You can get further information about the payment from the category Customer Information.
The delivery time?
Your order will be processed immediately. For orders which are placed by 3.00 pm , the shipping of available models inside of Germany will usually take place within 24 hours or on the next workday. Orders from the European Union will arrive in most cases between 2-4 days, from other European countries usually between 2-7 days. Orders from foreign countries outside of Europe will arrive usually after 5-12 days.
Please note that in some cases there is a delay for parcels outside of Europe in the delivery time possible caused by the local custom office in the destination country. The maximum runtime for a parcel with a destination outside of Europe is 31 days.
Is there online tracking?
As soon as your parcel is packed ready for dispatch, you will receive an e-mail with a link to the direct online tracking of your parcel on the homepage of DHL. In this way, you are always informed where your shipment is and when it will be delivered.

Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value or extra charge for small quantities.

Important notice:
Despite all diligence, there may occur damage of your shipment during transportation. In this case we will, of course, replace the defective product at no charge. Please note the following way of proceeding: Complaining of shipments due to damages in transit have to be immediately directed to the shipper, when shipment is received. After that, please inform us about the noticed damages in transit. If you wish to return the goods, please inform us beforehand by e-mail, fax or phone in order that we can discuss the way of proceeding together.
