General Terms and Conditions with important customer information

1. Return Possibility
You have the unconditional right to return all goods bought at Peter Nasshan Modellautos within 14 days of delivery.

To comply with this time limit, all you need to do is to send a return within the 14-day period.

If you return goods bought online, the contract is cancelled and your creditcard will be refunded once the delivered goods have been returned. Should the goods show signs of use or damage on return, we reserve the right to claim for compensation.

You will find all the documents necessary for returning goods together with the delivery note in the parcel. Please always return any item complete and in the original packaging. Unpacked models cannot be returned. Please contact us for further questions.

2. Delivery proviso
Deliveries can be made whilst stocks last. Changes and errors excepted.

3. Shipping costs and shipping modalities
The delivery charge covers part of the packaging, delivery and postage costs. The rest is paid for you by Peter Nasshan Modellautos. In exceptional cases, we have to charge a higher flat rate. This will be specified accordingly. Should delivery be undertaken in several stages for technical or logistic reasons, we will of course only charge you once for delivery costs.

4. Reservation of ownership
Goods remain the property of Peter Nasshan Modellautos until payment has been received in full.

5. Payment, due date, failure to pay
Payment for goods is to be made by credit card or bank draft. Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment sent in the form of cheques or payment by Paypal. We accept no responsibility for loss.

We will not charge your card until your goods leave our warehouse.

In the case of possible returns, the amount paid will be refunded.

Should your credit card have insufficient credit, we reserve the right to invoice you for the costs incurred in making requests for payment.

6. Images / Pictures
The pictures used by Peter Nasshan Modellautos in the Internet and in printed materials is protected by copyright. It is not allowed for commercial and private use to make copies or publish.

Without exception any contravention will be prosecuted with costs. Additional to the attorney fees there will be a compensation of 100 Euro of every used picture.

7. Pre-announced novelties
All models which are marked red as „New item“ in the photo are novelties pre-announced by the model car manufacturers but which are not yet available for immediate delivery.

If you place an order for these novelties, these items will automatically be put on backorder for you. The invoice for these items or the payment by credit card for foreign customers is not created until the day of dispatch.

It is a matter of course that we guarantee you a careful and correct handling of your advance order and an immediate delivery when it is available from the manufacturer.

Unfortunately, as specialist dealer we have no influence on the terms of delivery of the model car manufacturers.
