Model Description
Manufactured in the 1960ties, in color red/beige, close to perfect painting and lithography with only some very small signs of playing, overall in very pretty condition, version with woman as driver figure and trailer coupling, all functions are tested and working perfect, marked on the boot lid with "Made in France", all parts from the model are authentic to the year of production.

The 2044 Cabriolet Americain Super 1960 from the French manufacturer Joustra first entered the range in 1960 and was only produced for a short time until around the mid/late 1960s. The model has a friction drive that allows the model to move forwards and backwards after being pushed. The model is characterised by the female driver figure, the poodle on the passenger seat and the two beautifully lithographed suitcases on the back seat of the sleek convertible. The model has not been re-issued since it was discontinued in 1963.
