Model Description
Manufactured pre-war in the 1930ties, in color black/yellow, very nice painting and lithography with only several small signs of playing, overall in very pretty condition, all functions are tested and working perfect, marked with "Made in Germany", all parts from the model are authentic to the year of production.

The Lenox 2300 Yellow Taxi first entered the Karl Bub range before the Second World War in the early 1930s and was produced until the start of the war in 1939. The model has a clockwork motor for easy forward travel, which is wound up via a fixed side-mounted wind-up pulley. In addition, the direction of travel can be adjusted via a steerable front axle and the doors of the model are movable. The "Vacant" sign on the passenger side can be folded up and down depending on whether there is a passenger in the taxi or whether the taxi is "free". The model was not re-issued after the end of the Second World War.
