Model Description
Manufactured in the 1950ties, in high-gloss nickel-plated finish, overall in very pretty condition with only very small signs of playing, version with Mercedes star in white plastic, all functions are tested and working perfect, marked on the base-plate with "Made in Germany / Britische Zone Köln", all parts from the model are authentic to the year of production, with original Prämeta wind-up key in the form of a traffic policeman and outer box in age-related condition with partially glued side flaps.

The Prämeta Mercedes Benz 300 Adenauer Sedan (W186) first entered the Prämeta range in 1953 and was only built until model car production was discontinued in 1958. The model has three forward gears, one reverse gear and a neutral gear, all of which can be adjusted using a lever at the rear of the model. In addition, there is an automatic curve control for various driving loops, the control lever for which is located on the underside. Like every Prämeta (PRÄzisionsMETAll) model, the vehicle impresses with its die-cast zinc production with a high dead weight and an extremely high-quality finish that is second to none. The Prämeta models have not been re-issued since they were discontinued in 1958.
