Model Description
Manufactured ca. in the 1970ties, in color white with silver fuselage and blue/yellow "Lufthansa" lettering, perfect painting and lithography without any signs of playing, perfect and almost new condition, all functions are tested and working perfect, marked on the base plate "Made in Western Germany", all parts from the model are authentic to the year of production, complete with dynamo and cable as well as the original outer box with several traces of storage.

Things to know about the Schuco Dynamo-Jet 1080
The Schuco Dynamo-Jet 1080 Boeing 747 Jumbo-Jet first entered the Schuco range in 1973 and was later listed with item no. 385325. It is a remote-controlled electric aircraft with the upper part made of sheet metal and the lower part made of plastic. With the electricity generated by the dynamo itself, the jet moves forward and backward remotely controlled, whereby the front wheel automatically swings to the right when moving backward, so that any desired steering manoeuvre is possible. The speed of the jet is self-regulated by turning the dynamo crank quickly or slowly. The dynamo included is a Genegon Mabuchi generator, marked "Made in Japan".
