Model Description
Manufactured ca. in the 1950ties, in color red with grey dumper and green/yellow interieur, very good and almost perfect painting without any signs of playing, overall in beautiful and close to brand new condition, all functions are tested and working perfect, "Made in Western Germany", version with metal "Schuco" logo on both doors, with battery box 5316/3, Ingenico 5314/80 hand control unit and cable, battery compartment without deposits. One of the two buttons on the hand control unit has a slight loss of voltage, so that the cable has to be pressed a little to the right when operating it in order to ensure a perfect current contact, but then the function is guaranteed perfectly, all parts from the model are authentic to the year of production. Extremely rare to find in this condition.

The Schuco Elekro-Construction truck first entered the Schuco range in the dumper version in 1955 and was only built for five years until 1960. As with all models from the Electro-Construction series, this model is a completely dismountable electric multi-purpose conversion model that can be steered and operated by remote control. The drive for driving as well as for the tipping function is provided by an electric motor, which is powered by three 1.5 volt batteries from a separate battery box. A switch on the chassis of the truck can be used to switch back and forth between driving and working mode. In addition, the vehicle has a mechanical horn with a clockwork mechanism, which is wound up via the underside of the model and operated by a button on the bonnet.
