Model Description
Manufactured ca. in the 1950ties, in color red with very rare interior in beige color, perfect painting without any signs of playing except some very small scratches on the base plate, overall in almost unique perfect and like brand new condition, early version without chrome trim on the front wings and Schuco logo in the radiator grille, with the usual slight bend in the windscreen for this model, all functions are tested and working perfect, marked on the base plate "Made in Western Germany", all parts from the model are authentic to the year of production. Extremely rare to find in this condition.

Things to know about the Schuco Rollyvox 1080
The Schuco Rollyvox 1080 is based on the Mercedes Benz 190SL Roadster, first entered the Schuco range in 1957 and was built up to and including 1969. It has a simple flywheel drive, which is powered by pushing the model forwards or backwards, as well as a clockwork mechanism for a mechanical horn, which is wound on the underside of the model and operated via the horn button in the middle of the steering wheel. The direction of travel can be adjusted via the steering wheel.
