Model Description
Manufactured pre-war ca. in the 1930ties, in color lightgrey with yellow colored felt pants and red shoes, very nice condition with only some very small signs of playing, no spots or holes in the felt, with a usual slight yellowish discolouration in the area of the ears and a repaired spot in the felt on the left arm, all functions are tested and working perfect, all parts from the figure are authentic to the year of production, with rare small Schuco wind-up key no. 1.

Things to know about the Schuco Somersault Figures
The Schuco Somersault Figures or often affectionately called "Purzelfiguren" (tumbling figures) first entered the Schuco range before the Second World War in the 1930s and were built until the 1960s. They have a clockwork motor that makes the figure's arms rotate in a circle, causing the figure to either somersault. There was no reissue of the somersault figures.

Unless an original box is shown in the pictures or listed in the description, the model will be shipped in a special “Schuco - Models with a story” bag. Each model has two years warranty and is subject to differential taxation according to §25a UStG (VAT free).
