Schuco Mirakobo 1015 Wendeboot

Model Description
Manufactured pre-war ca. in the 1940ties, color darkred/beige/red, perfect painting without any signs of playing, overall in perfect and brand new condition, all functions are tested and working perfect, marked on the base plate "Made in Germany", all parts from the model are authentic to the year of production, with small Schuco wind-up key no. 1 and original cardboard box in also perfect condition. This model is very rare to find in this excellent condition.

Things to know about the Schuco Mirakobo 1015 Wendeboot
The Schuco Patent 1015 Wendeboot -also called "Mirakobo"- first entered the Schuco range shortly before the start of the Second World War in 1941 and was built up to and including 1955. It has a clockwork mechanism that drives the right rear wheel and a transverse wheel in the middle of the boat. As soon as the boat goes over the edge of a table, it automatically turns away to the left and thus does not fall down (so-called "turning function"). The boat was not developed for swimming. There has not been a new edition of this model since it was discontinued.
