Schuco Radio-Auto 4012

Model Description
Manufactured ca. in the 1950ties, in color red with green seats, painting with only some little signs of playing, overall in pretty condition, all functions are tested and working perfect, marked on the base plate "Made in U.S.-Zone Germany" in beige letters, all parts from the model are authentic to the year of production. The built-in musical mechanism from the Swiss manufacturer Thorens plays the melody "Rock a bye Baby", with very rare manual in English language and original cardboard box with age-related storage marks.

Things to know about the Schuco Radio-Auto 4012
The Schuco Radio-Car 4012 first entered the Schuco range in 1952 and was built up to and including 1964. It has a total of two movements for driving and the musical movement. The musical movement is switched on and off by a switch on the dashboard and plays melodies whether the car is stationary or moving. The Radio-Car 4012 is controlled via the steering wheel and also has a modern handbrake and a retractable antenna. There is no new edition of the model.
