Model Description
Manufactured ca. in the 1960ties, in color red, very good and perfect painting with only some very small signs of playing, overall in very pretty and close to brand new condition, all functions are tested and working perfect, marked on the base plate "Made in Western Germany" in blue letters, all parts from the model are authentic to the year of production.

Things to know about the Schuco Dalli 1011
The Schuco Dalli car 1011 first entered the Schuco range in 1961 and was built until 1968. It has a simple clockwork mechanism and, as a special feature, two driven rubber wheels, one of which turns transversely to the direction of travel. The model does not roll over the front wheels, as one might assume, but slides over the base plate. As soon as the model reaches the edge of the table and it tips forward, the second driven transverse wheel grips and the model bends at a 90° angle in time before falling down. In doing so, the driver raises both arms and turns his or her head in the direction of travel. The model has not been reintroduced into the Schuco range since it was discontinued.
