Model Description
Manufactured ca. in the 1960ties, in color red with grey base-plate, very good painting and pretty condition with only some very small signs of playing, all functions are tested and working perfect, marked on the base plate "Made in Western Germany", no damages, all parts from the model are authentic to the year of production, complete set with all accessoires inclusive steering wire, original Schuco paperbox in good, age-related condition, later version with plastic pylons and red sliding box with viewing window.

The Schuco 3000/1 Remote-Control-Car with the Jaguar E-Type Coupé body first entered the Schuco range in 1960 and was only built for four years up to and including 1964. It has a clockwork mechanism with four different driving speeds for slow, medium and fast forward travel as well as a stop function, all operated by a lever on the rear window. The direction of travel can be controlled via the remote steering shaft and individual driving parcours can be created with the included pylons. In contrast to the remote control car 3000, the model itself is made of plastic with a VW Beetle body.
