Schuco 5508 (351208) Mercedes Benz C111

Model Description
Manufactured ca. in the 1970ties, in color orange with black interieur, perfect painting without any signs of playing, nearly in brand new condition, all functions are tested and working perfect, marked on the base plate with "Made in Germany", battery compartment without any dirt, all parts from the model are authentic to the year of production, complete with the original outer box. Extremely rare to find in this condition.

Things to know about the Schuco 5508 (351208) Mercedes Benz C111
The Schuco Mercedes Benz C111 with the article number 5508 (later 351208) first entered the Schuco range in 1970 and was built until around 1975. It has a battery-powered electric motor with gearbox and a lever for forward and reverse, a movable rear flap and movable and illuminated folding headlights. In addition, the model has steering wheel steering and opening gullwing doors. It is powered by two 1.5 volt batteries which are housed in a battery box where the engine is located on the original vehicle. The model has not been reissued since it was discontinued in 1975.
