Model Description
Manufactured ca. in the 1960ties, in color red with lightbeige interieur, close to perfect painting without any signs of playing, nearly in brand new condition, all functions are tested and working perfect, marked with "Made in Germany", battery compartment without any dirt, all parts from the model are authentic to the year of production, complete with the original outer box in age-related condition with one side flap missing.

Things to know about the Schuco 5505 (351205) Cadillac de Ville Convertible
The Schuco Cadillac De Ville Convertible with the article number 5505 (later also 351205) first entered the Schuco range in 1968 and was built until around 1975. It has a battery-powered electric motor with gearbox for a forward and reverse drive, a movable bonnet with a stylised engine replica and a movable rear flap for the boot, which also serves as a battery compartment. A special feature are the three illuminated push buttons in the centre console which operate the vehicle. The green button means forward travel, the yellow button means reverse travel and the red button serves as a stop button. The model is controlled by the steering wheel and is powered by two 1.5 volt batteries.
