Manufactured ca. in the 1970ties, in color black/gold, perfect painting and decals without any signs of playing, in brand new and perfect condition, all functions are tested and working perfect, marked on the base plate with "Made in Germany", complete with tool spanner and Schuco brochure, battery compartment without any dirt, all parts from the model are authentic to the year of production, complete with the original outer box in also very good condition. The Schuco Servo Lotus 72 Cosworth Formula 1 Race-car with the article number 355220 first entered the Schuco range in 1974 and was only built for a short time until around the late 1970ties. In contrast to the simple model with the number 356177, the Servo model not only has two battery-powered electric motors with gearbox for forward and reverse travel, but also a cable remote control with steering that serves as a command device. The cable length is about 2.50 metres and the engine is powered by two 1.5 volt batteries which are housed in a battery compartment of the hand control unit. The model has not been reissued since it was discontinued.
