Model Description
Manufactured ca. in the 1970ties, in color white/red, nearly perfect painting and decals with almost any signs of playing, overall in very pretty and close to brand new condition, all functions are tested and working perfect, marked on the base plate "Made in Western Germany", all parts from the model are authentic to the year of production, with original outer box without inner part with age-related storage marks.

The Schuco 356179 McLaren-Ford 23 B Formula 1 Race-car first entered the Schuco range in 1975 and was produced until around the late 1970ties. It has a simple clockwork mechanism for fast forward travel, which can be wound either via the winding key provided or via the friction wheel mounted under the vehicle. The direction of travel can be controlled via the steering wheel and the rims, each fitted with an independent wheel suspension, can be easily dismantled via the central lock screwed on with a wing nut.
