Things to know about the Schuco 351226 BMW Turbo Elektro
The Schuco BMW Turbo Elektro with the article number 351226 first entered the Schuco range in 1973 and was only built for a short time until around 1975. In contrast to the simple model, the electric model not only has a battery-powered electric motor with gearbox for forward and reverse, but also has functioning folding headlights that light up when folded out. The steering, gullwing doors as well as the rear flap are designed to be movable and the drive is provided by four 1.5 volt batteries which are accommodated in a battery compartment at the rear of the model. The model has not been reissued since it was discontinued in 1975.
