Model Description
Manufactured ca. in the 1950ties, color beige, perfect painting without any signs of playing, overall in very pretty and close to brand new condition, with several very small signs of playing on the base-plate, all functions are tested and working perfect, marked on the base plate "Made in U.S.-Zone Germany", all parts from the model are authentic to the year of production. Very rare to find in this condition.
Things to know about the Schuco Mirako-Sani 1003
The Schuco Mirako-Sani 1003 was first released in the Schuco collection 1951, is the rarest of all Mirako models and has been built until and including 1966. The model has a clockwork mechanism which drives the right rear wheel and a transversal wheel in the middle of the car. As soon as it reaches the edge, it turns to the left side and will not fall of the table (so-called "Turn-back function"). There has not been a new edition of this model since it was discontinued.
