Model Description
Manufactured ca. in the 1960ties, in color gold-metallic with brown rims, absolutely perfect painting without any signs of playing, overall in very pretty and brand new condition, all functions are tested and working perfect, marked on the base plate with "Made in Western Germany" in yellow letters, all parts from the model are authentic to the year of production.

The Schuco Oldtimer 1227 / Ford Coupé T (1917) in the Musical Car 4014 version was first introduced to the Schuco range in 1964 and was only built for a short period until 1970. In contrast to the other classic car models, it does not have a clockwork mechanism for driving, but it does have a built-in music box from the Swiss manufacturer Thorens, which is wound up using a rotary lever on the underside of the model and then plays a melody. At the same time, this special version is one of the rarest model variants among the classic car models built by Schuco over a long period of time.
