Manufactured ca. in the 1970ties, in color orange with black interieur, perfect painting without any signs of playing, close to brand new and perfect condition, all functions are tested and working perfect, marked on the base plate with "Made in Germany", battery compartment without any dirt, all parts from the model are authentic to the year of production, complete with the original outer box with some age-related storage marks. Things to know about the Schuco 351214 Mercedes Benz C111 Servo
The Schuco Mercedes Benz C111 Servo with the article number 351214 first entered the Schuco range in 1973 and was only built for a short time until around 1975. In contrast to the simple model with the number 5508, the Servo model not only has two battery-powered electric motors with gearbox for forward and reverse travel, but also a cable remote control with steering that serves as a command device. The cable length is about 2.50 metres and the gullwing doors, the folding headlights as well as the tailgate are designed to be movable. The engine is powered by two 1.5 volt batteries which are housed in a battery compartment of the hand control unit. The model has not been reissued since it was discontinued in 1975.
