Model Description
Manufactured ca. in the 1970ties, in color silver-metallic/orange, perfect painting and decals without any signs of playing, overall in very pretty and brand new condition, a small repair to the decals on the passenger side, all functions are tested and working perfect, marked on the base plate with "Made in Germany", battery compartment without any dirt, all parts from the model are authentic to the year of production, complete with the original outer box with some age-related storage marks. Extremly rare version as "Martini Racing Team".

The Schuco Servo Porsche 917 L Race-car "Martini Racing Team" with article number 356216 was first added to the Schuco range in 1973 and was only built for a very short time until around the end of the 1970s. In contrast to the simple model with the number 356213, the servo model not only has two battery-operated electric motors with gears for travelling forwards and backwards, but also a cable remote control with steering, which serves as a command device. The cable length is around 2.50 metres and the drive is provided by two 1.5 volt batteries, which are housed in a battery compartment of the hand-held control unit. The model has not been reissued since it was discontinued.
